Attorney Profile

Joshua Sutterfield received his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law with a concentration in Advocacy, which emphasized trial practice and negotiations and settlement. Mr. Sutterfield worked as a Graduate Student Assistant for the California Attorney General's Criminal Appeals, Writs and Trials section, where he researched and prepared pleadings on serious felony cases.

Mr. Sutterfield received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Government with Cum Laude honors from Sacramento State . He was inducted into the prestigious Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and the Golden Key National Honor Society. Mr. Sutterfield has served in many leadership roles such as, Community Outreach Coordinator for Golden Key, where he organized many charitable events for the Sacramento community.

Mr. Sutterfield helps clients throughout the Roseville, Folsom and Sacramento California area in bankruptcy relief, including Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
